Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
If you have any questions about backordered items or you wish to cancel the order, please call 1-516-771-2578.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to New York. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.

Personal checks and money orders will be accepted. Orders will be shipped only after the check has cleared.

Or you can fax us your order at 1-516-377-9069 but be sure to include your contact information, including a daytime phone number.
SHIPPING
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders being sent to PO Boxes must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your CMK purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other CMK products.

We cannot accept returns without an authorization code.
We recommend that your return is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to guarantee delivery.

Naturally, we cannot accept returns on overly used products.
All sales are final on Vintage CMK/Discontinued items. No Returns. No exchanges.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-516-771-2578. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
